BY.OTT is an elegant extension to the Domaines Ott range, and a truly Provençal wine with conviviality and friendship at its heart. A delicate peach-coloured robe, shining and radiant. The nose, highly expressive with notes of nectarine and rose, evolves towards pomegranate with a hint of fresh almond. Full-bodied, the palate balances between luscious aromas of yellow fruits and the tang of grapefruit, leading to a lively finish carried by citrus zest. The wine offers a pleasant length. The nose of this wonderful Côte de Provence shows initially freshly cut grass, flowers petals and light red berry fruits. The mouth is endowed with roundness, finesse with a beautiful, sensual body.

This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.

It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

Named in honour of Gwen, the Wife of Tom McDonald, father of Church Road. Gwen explores a more elegant and refined style of winemaking. Gwen Rosé is an off dry and finely textured Syrah rosé with subtle red fruit, floral notes, spice, and an underlying creaminess. On the palate, gentle acidity and a slatey minerality make this a sophisticated drink that will work well as an aperitif or as a versatile food wine. A great match with a range of fresh salads, seafood, poultry, and cold cuts.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir Rosé has a bouquet of lifted white floral and strawberry notes initially and blood orange and red cherry fruit behind. Bright, ripe blood orange and ruby grapefruit flowing into plush stonefruit on the mid-palate. Drier in style, this Rosé is elegant and fine with a long finish. Serve chilled for maximum enjoyment.
