The Monterey masters of West Coast IPA, Alvarado St, bare all, with a very special, intensely aromatic, Nelson Sauvin saturated take on their legendary, multi award winning flagship IPA.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again ... big intense West Coast USA hops! The classic Californian West Coast IPA style originates from the late 70's and emerged in NZ circa just twenty years ago. All about the perfect balance between alcohol, malted barley, and high intensity of hops, to deliver max flavour and drinkability, they brewed their more modern take with a truckload of fruit driven hops including Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe.

When Churly caught wind of a mythical hop dragon residing in a sea of hazy goodness, boasting scales rumoured to produce the world's greatest beer, he couldn't resist the quest to try to capture one just for you. Alas, the journey back to the shores of NZ took an unexpected turn, and Churly lost one precious hop scale along the way, so this is just a tribute. Using some of the greatest hops from the best beers in the world, here we have a tribute. Introducing Bad Ass Hop Dragon, a double dry hopped Triple Hazy IPA combining some of Behemoth's absolute all time favourite hops to pay, you guessed it, tribute. Hops: Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin.

Ever wonder what a giant hop panda barreling through a bamboo forest holding a keg in one hand would drink? Behemoth decided it just had to be a double dry hopped Double Hazy IPA! So, featuring Churly as a fearless Giant Hop Panda striking a pose that says, "I dare you to try me!" It's not just a beverage; it's an invitation to embrace your wild side and conquer your day with the spirit of a badass panda (this is a double hazy though, so make sure to pace yourself). It's got the punch of a black belt and the finesse of a bamboo flute solo - a harmonious collision of citrus, tropical, and a hint of pine notes.

Hot Dogs and Hazy IPA's, what's not to love? This beer was originally brewed especially for Behemoth's 1st Annual Hot Dog eating contest at Rogue and Vagabond for the Road to Beervana in Wellington. This beer uses Citra Hops and Citra Cryo Hops to create a tropical, citrus, refreshing IPA. It does go down well after a hot dog. It also goes down well after 12 hot dogs. Or, well dammit, it goes down well if you have had no hot dogs. Feel free to have as many or as little hot dogs as you please. Please note, this beer contains no hot dogs as that would just be gross.

This beer is inspired by Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic. So, this Hazy IPA is chock full of Mosaic hops to represent how many things are going on in Music City. It's a Mosaic of experiences and flavours. Enjoy Ya'll.

Back from the grave and holier than thou, No New Pope is Behemoth's big, bold, Black Smoked Imperial Stout. This stout is rich, roasty, and cloaked in divine smoke, like incense in a cathedral... if that incense was set on fire by a pyromaniac monk with a taste for strong beer. Churly channelling some papal mischief behind the big chair. No heresy here, just heavenly dark malts, smoky whispers, and enough body to make you question your faith (in weaker stouts).

I've got a fever, and the only prescription... is more Riwaka! Listen, kid, this ain't just any Hazy Pale Ale - this is Ri-Walken. A beer so smooth, so juicy, so full of that zesty, tropical Riwaka magic... it's almost unnatural. Big citrus, passionfruit, a little dank, like a jazz solo in a glass - unexpected, but perfect. You take a sip, you feel alive, like you could dance... maybe even talk with pauses that make people nervous. So, do yourself a favour - grab a Ri-Walken. Trust me... this beer? It's got bite, it's got zing! It's got Riwaka!

Inspired by a certain orange fella who thought the best way to negotiate was by chucking toys out of the pram, right there on the Resolute Desk. This Double Hazy IPA is juiced up with so much tropical fruitiness and hoppy bravado, it could almost distract from an international trade war. Soft, juicy, and with just the right amount of bitterness, unlike some leaders we know. So crack a can, take a sip, and remember: when things don't go your way... just yell at the economy! Drink fresh, don't negotiate via tweet. Because if you're gonna have a meltdown, it might as well be ice cold, in a glass.

This collision of a strong, clean Imperial Pilsner with generous fresh Riwaka is no accident. Bone shaker gives you that crisp hit of a great Pilsner but then follows through with a robust hop profile, adding fruit and floral characters that go well beyond mere texture. Imperial-level strength helps push the hops and the firm, dry bitterness over the top. One might even lose their head over it.
