Over at Bach they've been on the hops again ... big intense West Coast USA hops! The classic Californian West Coast IPA style originates from the late 70's and emerged in NZ circa just twenty years ago. Over at Bach they've been on the Freestyle hop farms... dank and sticky fresh green cones of Nectaron were field harvested at their peak and hightailed to the brewery. Chris and Craig B weaved their brewing magic, dry hopped with new harvest pellets, Riwaka, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron again, for a dank, dripping and fiercely fresh Hazy IPA. Expect waves of ripe stonefruit, sticky passionfruit and a resinous hum.

Chick-a chick-a yeah IPA, IPA This beer is flawless, check it, we couldn't quite decide what to name it when it was brewed and were deciding between this or Mohammad, don't worry that it doesn't even have a first name, it just says McHoppin! It's tight. It's made with Chinook, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret to bring you pine, pineapple, gooseberry and grapefruit. I hear they are putting extra hops in it. Booya!!

Hey, careful man, there's a Beverage here! Call this beverage what you want: The Dude, his Dudeness, Duder or El Dudarino, if you are not into the whole brevity thing. This Russian Imperial White Stout is made with Cold Brew Coffee from Behemoth's mates at Harpoon in Dunedin and Tahitian Vanilla Beans to really tie the beer together. This beer might be a little out of its element. It's pale but tastes like coffee, chocolate, and vanilla, but close your eyes (think of bowling) and you may just taste something big and dark. Undercover American IPA might look like it grew up on a steady diet of jandals, pies, and "sweet as bro", but underneath the kiwi disguise lies a full-blown hop-loving 'murican. This sneaky little number bursts with juicy stonefruit, sticky pine, and enough attitude to start calling the chilly bin a cooler. It's undercover... but not exactly keeping a low profile.
