An ongoing series of occasional one off releases inspired by the nice ideas captured in Parrotdog's Lyall Bay Brewery. Limited Release 40 is a Fresh Hop Pilsner brewed with whole cone Riwaka hops grown by NZ Hops, flown across the Cook Strait and into the brewhouse with minimal delay to capture peak freshness. Bright and expressive, it delivers juicy citrus and tropical fruit over clean pilsner malt, with resinous hop oils and a crisp, snappy bitterness.
