This refreshing Squealing Pig Sparkling Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the South Eastern regions of the land down under Australia.

Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot has since lived by it's motto, 'Only one quality, the finest.' She broke with the accepted practice of using an elderberry-based preparation to colour the wine and instead blended some of her fine Bouzy red wine with her classic Champagne. The result was the first blended Rosé, the Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Once more, Madame Clicquot was leading the way and changing the rules. Full bodied and deliciously fruity, with intense flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and cherries, Veuve Clicquot's Rosé is a burst of red fruits and the expression of Madame Clicquot's ingenious and audacious spirit.

Very French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

Pale straw in colour, fresh, fruity and floral on the nose. The palate is full with delicate apple and pear fruit flavours complimented by smooth velvety bubbles.
