This lightly oaked chardonnay possesses a ripe and generous bouquet of summer stonefruit, florals, and lemon curd. The palate has nectarine, peach, and grilled pineapple flavours. These are complimented by a hint of spicy vanilla oak and creamy butterscotch.

Our flagship wine, this is a fruit-driven and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, grown from premium vineyards across the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. Perfect with seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

The wine has a bright lemon hue. In the bouquet and flavour there is a complex intertwining of fruity and savoury elements. There are impressions of citrus fruits, white peaches, nectarines and greengages overlying nuances of smoky bacon, grilled mushrooms and barbequed sweet corn.

Born from a bold vision to create an exceptional Australian Chardonnay, Yattarna was shaped through years of research and 144 individual trials before its first release in 1998. Its name, meaning 'little by little, gradually', reflects the patience and pursuit of excellence behind this iconic wine. Crafted only from the finest Chardonnay fruit available in each vintage, the 2019 Yattarna delivers aromas of grapefruit, Meyer lemon and Beurre Bosc pear, layered with wet stone minerality, crème brûlée and roasted hazelnut. Enticing aromatics of hazelnut, nutmeg, pear and white peach compliment an elegant and soft palate with fine texture and layers of grapefruit zest, ginger spice and Central Otago stonefruit. Peregrine's organic Pinot Gris is dry in style showing lovely ripe fruit and a subtle texture from a small portion of barrel fermentation. The cooler climate of Central Otago allows Peregrine to maintain a refreshing acidity and great length on the palate.

Enticing aromatics of white peach, pear and honeydew melon combine with a bright palate laced with quince, nectarine, and orange zest flavours. A cool climate Pinot Gris, dry in style showing sweet fruit flavours balanced with fresh acidity.
