This is fast becoming an iconic, must have pinot gris.Textured and finely made with some seriously lush fruit ahoy.

This is an elegant wine with intense tropical and stone fruit aromatics with delicate citrus and floral notes, full flavoured and textured.

The grapes are hand harvested from the Southern Valley's sub region in Marlborough, matured in french oak, the wine has minerality upfront with a citrus backbone, underlying french oak is giving complexity and structure.

Refreshingly lighter in alcohol at 9.5%, Wither Hills Early Light Pinot Gris is deliciously off dry, delivering classic aromas of grapefruit and pear with a spicy apple character.Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.
