Banrock Station Wines are bold, flavoursome, easy drinking wines produced from excellent fruit.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Merlot was sourced from premium vineyards. Immediately following harvest fruit undertook fermentation on skins to lock in colour and flavour. It was then gently pressed and matured on oak to develop subtle toasty and mocha flavours and a rich smooth palate. The resulting wine a has dark, inky colour followed by a rewarding, silky mouthfeel and intense, rich plum flavour. Enjoy this Merlot with crispy five spice-scented, Peking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and Asian greens.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

On the nose there is an array of floral notes with Nashi pear and apples, complemented by white peach and guava flavours. Lovely flavours of Nashi pear and apple combine on the palate to create fullness with crisp acidity to create balance.

This wine greets you with fresh, light fruit aromas of grapefruit and lime. The palate is crisp and soft, with zesty sherbet and passionfruit flavours which linger long on the finish.

This exceptional Australian Tawny is smooth, rich, and packed with intense flavours of toffee, maple, and spice: a luscious, fortified wine offering boasting flavours of caramel and aged rancio. A dessert-lovers dream, pair a flourless chocolate cake topped with double cream.

Brown Brothers Cienna is like tasting summer berries in a glass; filled with fresh ripe cherries and juicy red berries. With a gentle spritz, Cienna is smooth with a refreshing finish. A perfect red wine for summer. Enjoy chilled.

Dolcetto is an Italian grape variety that is little known or planted in Australia. The variety hails from the mountainous Piedmont region of north-west Italy. Translated literally, 'Dolcetto' means 'little sweet one'. This wine has fresh, lifted aromas of red jubes, blackberries, red currants, hints of spice and liquorice. The palate has flavours of ripe summer berries and a natural grape sweetness that is balanced by the frizzante mouth-feel providing a refreshing, lively finish.

Moscato is an often-misunderstood grape, yet in the hands of a talented winemaker it's pretty memorable: an approachable and easy-drinking white wine that's beautifully fresh with a soft musk aroma, and a delicate sparkling finish. Enjoy the convenience of a Moscato mini made perfect for picnics, brunches, or simply those times where you don't want to open a full bottle.

Made in a light refreshing style, and alive with aromas of freshly crushed grapes and musk. In the mouth the wine is alive with a vibrant and mouth-filling fruit flavour. This lively and fresh wine has a mild frizzante bubble on the finish. Best enjoyed chilled.
