While his extra heads made him a triply good guard dog, he did chew through a lot of sandals. This West Coast IPA is Emerson's triple dry hopped tribute to the hound of Hades. They've used four different breeds of hop, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Mosaic, to create this boisterous mutt, with a fruit salad bomb of flavour. At 6.7% you might want to share it with at least one other head.

This hazy pale ale was created especially for the Hokitika Wildfoods Festival, using cricket flour, made by crushing the insects.
