It's all about balance. Bright California inspired IPA with an effortless blend of clean sweet malt and punchy citrus hops. Mounds of Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, Strata and Sauvin hops create a flavour and aroma loaded with fresh cut grapefruit, sun warmed pine, passionfruit and a hint of rock concert kush. Cool tricks.

It's malt's time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of our funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release we turn to the dark side with South Pacific Soufflé Stout, first brewed with Boston's beer bosses, Trillium. Brewed with Tongan vanilla pods, cacao nibs and Timor-Leste grown coffee beans from Wellington's own Flight Coffee, this huge dessert stout pours an opaque jet black with luscious layers of vanilla gelato, burnt marshmallow, chewy dried fruits and mocha latté. Bringing home the goodness.

Ease back. Sunset Sherbet, Imperial Milkshake Sour, brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine hops, mango, pink guava and golden peach puree, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a subtle twist of mango terpene. It's a hazy rose gold blend of a creamy sweet and fruit smoothie sour, with delicate dank tropical top notes. Like watching a pink blushed sour sun set into a hazy golden sea of tropical sweetness.

Named after the gentle 'plum rain' that falls in Japan as the ume harvest ripens, Tsuyu is a new take on the Saison style. Brewed with New Zealand Motueka, American Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc hops, Tsuyu is aged in freshly emptied New Zealand Chardonnay barrels and infused with ume plum and red shiso leaf. The result is a complex and fascinating fusion of East, West and South. Kanpai! Originally brewed in Japan in collaboration with Tokyo's Coedo Brewery and US West Coast brewery Stone.

A hidden valley of hops. Tutaki Haze, luscious hazy IPA, brewed with juicy New Zealand grown malted barley, wheat and oats and hops grown on the Nelson Lakes farm at the meeting point of the Matakitaki and Tutaki rivers. It's Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka like never before, loaded with ripe tropical mango, passionfruit and lifted lime citrus. Discover a new world of flavour.

Garage Project's in multiplayer mode, teaming up with their friends Alvarado Street in the quest for the ultimate West Coast collab. This is Save State, brewed with Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe and Strata hops for a bright golden IPA, with dense white foam, big tropical fruit, pineapple and juicy citrus aroma and the perfect balance of sweet malt and mouth watering bitterness. For this release they bring you Socks & Jandals, originally brewed in Surf City Santa Cruz with laid back brewing legends Humble Sea, giving decidedly Kiwi twist to their flagship IPA, Socks & Sandals. For this release Garage Project brings Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A. Crisp dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Phantasm infused Nelson Sauvin and Xiangshui Lemon, Grapefruit and Pink Pomelo oils, it's an explosion of bright citrus and expressive hop aromatics. Garage Project's back with East Coast brewing legends Trillium for an all new collaborative celebration of hop growing terroir. This time they travel to Oregon's majestic Willamette Valley with hand selected hops from Coleman's Alluvial Farm. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of Strata, Luminosa and Audacia create a lusciously juicy hazy homage to the unique character of America's North West.
