Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of our funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release we turn to the dark side with South Pacific Soufflé Stout, first brewed with Boston's beer bosses, Trillium. Brewed with Tongan vanilla pods, cacao nibs and Timor-Leste grown coffee beans from Wellington's own Flight Coffee, this huge dessert stout pours an opaque jet black with luscious layers of vanilla gelato, burnt marshmallow, chewy dried fruits and mocha latté. Bringing home the goodness.

Back in a blaze of glory. Sungrazer - crisp, dry hopped Cali Pils, made with OG American hop variety, Comet. All but forgotten, this hop's spent years in the lonely obscurity of space, only to blast into orbit again with intense white grapefruit, mandarin, bright pineapple and juicy apricot. Look who's back!

Ease back. Sunset Sherbet, Imperial Milkshake Sour, brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine hops, mango, pink guava and golden peach puree, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a subtle twist of mango terpene. It's a hazy rose gold blend of a creamy sweet and fruit smoothie sour, with delicate dank tropical top notes. Like watching a pink blushed sour sun set into a hazy golden sea of tropical sweetness.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

Riffing on Egmont Street Eatery's Caribbean Island inspired Kingston Tastee burger, this Tastee Hazee is brewed with light pilsner malt, plump wheat, and golden naked oats matched with the tropical notes of Mosaic, Citra, and Motueka hops, and spiced up with a subtle touch of tamarind, mango, and ginger. Perfect beside a burger - or just by itself - for ones own island getaway. A collaborative creation with the 2021 Burger Wellington winner Egmont Street Eatery.

Garage Project's in multiplayer mode, teaming up with their friends Alvarado Street in the quest for the ultimate West Coast collab. This is Save State, brewed with Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe and Strata hops for a bright golden IPA, with dense white foam, big tropical fruit, pineapple and juicy citrus aroma and the perfect balance of sweet malt and mouth watering bitterness. New wave West Coast IPA, with a replay value that'll have one coming back for more.

For this release they bring you Socks & Jandals, originally brewed in Surf City Santa Cruz with laid back brewing legends Humble Sea, giving decidedly Kiwi twist to their flagship IPA, Socks & Sandals. For this release Garage Project brings Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A.
