Under the watchful eye of The Dalmore's Master Distiller, this Highland single malt begins its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, developing the distillery's signature notes of chocolate, orange and spice. It is then finished in casks that held a bespoke Sherry blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez, crafted specifically to complement the house style. The result is a richly layered whisky, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in three styles of Sherry cask- Matusalem, Apostoles and Amorosa it develops a rich, chocolaty profile layered with dried fruit, winter spice, orange zest, vanilla and toffee. Deep and complex, it delivers a warming finish that reflects the craftsmanship behind this much-loved expression.

Every November, the Dalmore whisky makers visit the distilleries historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, the casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand selected from any one year. The matured Spirit from these casks is then masterfully married to create on harmonious vintage- a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at the Dalmore.

Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then transferred to Gonzalez Byass casks which have held 30YO Matusalem oloroso sherry. This additional enhancement period allows true flavour enrichment as the liquid changes profile in the cask and really allows the potential to shine through. A multifaceted whisky with a higher strength at 43.8% exposes real rarities in flavour. This is a true coming of age whisky. Aroma Seville oranges, bitter chocolate, Colombian coffee and vanilla. Palate Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan. Finish Peaches, ginseng, pear tarte tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.

An indulgent, smooth Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. The Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding. The Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee. Created by expert distillers, it brings together single malts from Islay and Speyside, uniting peaty coastal smoke with a softer, bonfire-like mainland character. On the nose, notes of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits, and woodsmoke emerge, followed by juicy orange, delicate spice, and tangy peat on the palate, finishing long, smooth, and gently sweet with lingering smoke. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, whose glow inspires the whisky's striking, ornate bottle stamped with its iconic mascot, The Deacon presents an unconventional yet balanced expression.

A tribute to the historic city which bears its name, The Dubliner is a blend of honeycomb, caramel and whiskey flavours to produce an enticing liqueur that is truly unique.
