Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

To celebrate the rebirth and beginning of a new chapter in Irish Whiskey's new Golden Era, Teeling Whiskey is proud to release the Teeling Renaissance, a limited series of Single Malt bottlings, celebrating the very best Teeling Whiskey has to offer. The Renaissance Series No.5 consists of 18YO Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-Calvados casks, imparting a beautiful range of sweet fruit flavours with a soft spiciness. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.

As part of this innovative mission, Teeling have been a pioneer in celebrating Irish Single Grain crafted using a recipe of 95% corn and 5% malted barley. The first in their Aged Single Grain series saw Teeling explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, while their newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on the Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. Introducing the Wonders of Wood, a series of Dublin Distilled Single Pot Still Whiskeys that has been honoured as the World's Best Single Pot Still Whiskey in 2022! The second edition of Teeling's Wonders of Wood bottlings consists of their Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley which has been triple distilled in their Dublin distillery and fully matured in virgin Portuguese oak casks. This special release is bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration. In partnership with the Tree Council of Ireland, each release in the Wonders of Wood series will help to plant exclusively native Irish tree Species in Teeling's very own designated acre of land in Ireland.
