For Garage Project's fourth hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium called for something special. For this, they ventured two hours south of Sunrise Valley, to the new Nelson Lakes Farm, situated in the Matakitaki Valley. The freshest hop growing location by their friends at Freestyle Farms. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka create a giant, juicy and unforgettable hazy homage to one of New Zealand's most exciting new hop growing regions. The finished beer has a dense, smooth, hazy malt base, with an intense ripe mango aroma and tropical fruit smoothie palate - dominated by mango, pineapple, passion fruit and rock melon back notes. It's Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, but not as we know it.

A unique celebration of some of New Zealand's finest wild food. Brewed using hand smoked pohutukawa malt and finished with foraged kawakawa leaves and an addition of Moon Shell clams to the boil. Rich sweet amber malt, savoury smoke and spicy kawakawa meld with a subtle hint of ocean brine. Originally brewed for the Hokitika Wild Food Festival.

Cut and polished to perfection. Red Diamond - 6.4 carat West Coast style Red IPA. A blend of four malts and hand selected Chinook, Mosaic and Citra hops create a rich red IPA loaded with juicy high kilned malt rubescence, deftly balanced with clean grapefruit and juniper bitterness and bursting with citrus, blueberry and mango indica notes. Diamonds are a hophead's best friend.

Say hallo to Schnuckiputz. A delightful light and refreshing take on the traditional German Gose style sour. Fermented with Garage Project's mixed house culture and infused with coriander seed, grapefruit, pink pomelo and a touch of salt, this light, bright, spritzy aromatic beer could be the ultimate thirst quencher. Prost!

It's malt's time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Incredibly balanced and easy to drink, with smooth, malt driven biscuit and toasted hazelnut notes. It's malt, with a little Rock n' Roll swagger. Throw me some horns.

Back in a blaze of glory. Sungrazer - crisp, dry hopped Cali Pils, made with OG American hop variety, Comet. All but forgotten, this hop's spent years in the lonely obscurity of space, only to blast into orbit again with intense white grapefruit, mandarin, bright pineapple and juicy apricot. Look who's back!

Ease back. Sunset Sherbet, Imperial Milkshake Sour, brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine hops, mango, pink guava and golden peach puree, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a subtle twist of mango terpene. It's a hazy rose gold blend of a creamy sweet and fruit smoothie sour, with delicate dank tropical top notes. Like watching a pink blushed sour sun set into a hazy golden sea of tropical sweetness.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
