More malt, a cold ferment and extended ice conditioning creates a doom metal dark lager beer, rammed full of smooth dark fruit and chocolate intensity and finishing with a delicious touch of alcohol warmth. Bright, crispy clean West Coast IPA, brewed with a mountain of Chinook, Strata, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe and spiked with grapefruit terpenes and natural peel extract. It's an unbelievably intense hop hit of fresh citrus, pine resin and pineapple sativa, elevated with mouthwatering juicy grapefruit. Where do I sign?

How much do Garage Project love NZ hops? Rich amber red and redolent of the Nelson hop fields, Trip Hop is an ESB triple hopped with Pacifica, Motueka, and Riwaka. This trio of hops are added in increasingly lavish quantities throughout the boil, creating bitterness balanced on a generous malt base - easy drinking for resin heads. So how much do they love NZ hops? Three times as much as you think.

It's Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what their friends at Green Cheek refer to as the 'Devil's Lettuce'. Definitely a collab that's greater than the sum of its parts.
