It couldn't be simpler. Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and Czech yeast. That's it. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want. Why bother dressing it up? It is what it is. Beer.

Mild, not mild. British Steel, Black Country Dark Mild. Malted Autumn barley, crystal, chocolate and roasted malts, fermented with a characterful English yeast strain, create a supremely drinkable ale with toasted hazelnut and toffee pop biscuit notes artfully balanced with English Admiral and East Kent Golding hops. Nowt soft comes out of the Black Country.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of Garage Project's favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

C is for Crookie. Crookie Monster Pastry Stout. Mounds of decadently delicious Glou Glou baked Cookie Croissants, loaded into the mash along with almost two tonnes of malt, then topped off with Coffee Supreme coffee, vanilla beans and a touch of salt. It's a true monster, dripping with sticky sweet caramel, and brown butter, balanced with black coffee and roast malt. It's good enough for me.

Dr Pete's Fortifying Brown Ale, brewed with ale, crystal, oat and chocolate malts, with just a touch of East Kent Golding for the perfect balance of restrained bitterness and juicy Horlicks sweetness, with hints of chocolate digestive and toasted hazelnut. Recommended for those suffering from NEIPA intolerance and IPA related hop fatigue. Good for what ales you.

El Yacaré - The Caiman, South American style Cerveza, brewed with lager malts and maize, steeped with Yerba Mate leaves and infused with a twist of lime to create a unique crisp, clean and refreshing bright golden lager with delicate botanical notes and zesty citrus finish. Beer with bite.

Entmoot, double dank West Coast IPA. A lush evergreen forest of the dankest Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Strata and Mosaic, tickled up with a mischievous touch of terpene. Juicy bitterness and a blazing bright burst of aromatic conifer, grapefruit, pineapple and sweet sativa. Enough to rouse up even the sleepiest ent.

Don't be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight. A true sheep in wolf's clothing.

Embrace the Garagista spirit - ignore convention, experiment, test the limits, and look at things a little differently. Brewed and double dry hopped with New Zealand, Australian and US hops. Great things can come from the garage.
